2025 Building Tour – Mass Timber and Modular Wood Construction

Join us on a guided tour of two innovative wood construction projects.
Our first stop will be a six-storey modular residential development, pushing the envelop into modern building design. The second will showcase a landmark mass timber addition at the Confederation Centre of the Arts. This is a rare opportunity to meet the developer, engage with the architects, and gain firsthand insights into these transformative projects.

• The tour will begin at the Charlottetown Library with a Lunch & Learn before proceeding to the project sites.
• CE credits available.
• Participants are responsible for their own transportation between locations.
• PPE is required: hard hat, steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and a high-visibility vest.
